There was always something, through the summer and autumn, bubbling and boiling on Rachel’s Aga.

The farmhouse would fill with a sweet, humid, fruity, aroma. There is nothing quite like coming in from a wet cold autumn day, to the heady mouthwatering steam of the kitchen after a hard day out on the farm. A fresh bit of jam and clotted cream on one of Rachel’s scones - or even as a real treat - a Cornish Split made with creamy milk.

We’ve taken some of Rachael’s best recipes and put them in jars for you to try. The Three Fruit Marmalade seems to be a favourite here. Made with lemons, grapefruit and oranges, it seems to tickle every bit of your taste buds.

A slight floral note from elderflower presse, perfectly compliments the clean sharp taste of Farmhouse raspberries. Serve with Hot Crumpets or Croissants. Why not use in your home baking in a Bakewell Tart or Victoria sponge?
