Guy Harandon

An extremely talented musician who has the impressive ability to make a solo artist sound like a multiple piece band. Guy first came last December and performed a great gig inside the restaurant, this time he will be filling the yard with his soulful sounds.

Press Gang

Get ready for a foot-stomping, fully Cornish embrace – think Fisherman’s Friends and the Oggymen combined! Press Gang will be coming to the farm for the first time during the busy Whitsun week. This large band celebrate everything that great about Cornish sea shanties and will have the whole yard singing in unison – one and all.

The Regalos

An extremely melodic band who write honest songs that move people. This Cornish band are bound to chill you with their unique indie music. Sit back, listen and enjoy the engaging music of The Regalos band for the first time at Roskilly’s.

Tom Dale

A veteran of the blues and folk circuit, with over 20 years of live gigging experience, Tom Dale is a familiar face on the Cornish music scene. This solo artist takes “making the music his own” to new levels with wonderfully original song writing and even creating and building his own instruments.

Alice May DJ

Now a Roskilly’s first: we debut hosting a DJ at the farm this summer! Alice is a very local and a very talented DJ who knows how to rouse the crowds. She brings all the beachy vibes to the farm to help you groove your way through the evening.

Rob Ford & Graeme Mathieson

This engaging local duo are sure to keep you entertained with their interactivity and musical talent. The recent partnership of these two first came last summer as they brought the energy in abundance. Not only are they fantastic musicians but the crowd engagement makes it an evening you’ll be sorry to miss!

Commoner

Unapologetic punk rock. Not much else needs to be said about this talented, passionate and raw musician. This is sure to be an interesting evening with the first performance of Commoner at Roskilly’s.

Paul Armer

This brilliant musician demonstrates the art of skilfully playing the guitar whilst showcasing blue grass music. This is the first time we welcome Paul to the farm but we can’t think of a more suiting style of music to enjoy in an old cattle yard.

Jackson's Claret

These champions of Cornish traditional music perform Cornish tunes and songs from the 1700s up until the present day. The combination of (John Gallagher), Bouzouki & vocals (Pete London), Bodhran and vocals (Kate Evans) & fiddle (Andy Law), breathes new life into arrangements of well-known & more obscure Cornish songs, tunes & dances.

Illumination Brass

Perfectly mixing the professionalism of a classical brass band with the fun community spirit of the local area. Ian, the musical director of this large ensemble of various instruments, will get everyone in the crowd involved, making it accessible and enjoyable for all.

We said they were busy and so the stylish americana duo are back again! The talent of these two will be on display for everyone to see in the yard – that’s if you haven’t heard them on the radio already!

The Scribes

Coming all the way from Bristol, this block-rocking, soul-crushing, free-styling hip-hop trio are sure to create one of the most memorable nights of the year. They have performed with the very best at festivals such as Glastonbury and Wireless and they are now bringing their incredible talent to Roskilly’s!

Kizamba

This Latin, Afro-Caribbean band will transport you to a tropical destination through their energetic and diverse music. This seven-piece group will be coming to the farm for the first time and we just know they are going to get the farm rocking!

Hanterhir

This seven-piece band from Cornwall impressively plays songs in Cornish language as well as English. Sometimes described as folk, psych, shoe gaze, forest punk. We welcome them to the farm with open arms and an open mind as we let them take us on their musical journey.

All For Jolly

All For Jolly are a female fronted DIY Cornish Celtic folk punk band hailing from the rugged coastal town of Penzance, Cornwall. Known for their highly energetic live performances around the UK and Europe and their foot-stomping folk tunes, the band brings together the spirit of the ocean with a punk edge, creating a sound that’s both fierce and full of heart. Their performances are wild and infectious, turning each show into a celebration of resilience, connection, and Cornish pride.

What might have been the most rowdy evening on the farm last year, these guys are back and are sure to get you rocking! They are loud, they are fun and they give everything they’ve got. And with a bit of luck, no more trips to the hospital this time!

Ben Bowden & The Pards

Ben is a local favourite for us here at Roskilly’s but this time he brings the full force of the band, “forged in granite”, to provide everyone with a rocking evening. From originals to covers this band champion everything that is great about being Cornish, loudly and proudly.

C Bone Band

We had the pleasure of enjoying this incredibly exciting band inside last year and now is their time to rock the whole farm… and they will! Gaining notoriety on some massive stages, C Bone’s unbelievable talent is a must see. The instrumental skill of this band and with his heavy, bluesy voice, C Bone has been shortlisted as one of the best blues artists in the country.

Go Go Skank

One of the most fun and impressive bands the farm has ever had! They reimagine some absolute classics with horn-fuelled fun and a splash of swing. They are a group full of talented professionals who will make sure everyone is up and dancing before the night is out.

Skata-likes

What might have been the busiest night of last summer, we are delighted to have Skata-likes back. A Cornish ska and reggae band at its finest. A seven-piece brass-fuelled group that navigates down all avenues of the ska genre to provide a show that will have you skanking and stomping the night away.

Black Velvet

A summer at Roskilly’s wouldn’t be complete without the wholesome and hilarious Black Velvet gig on Bank Holiday Monday. This Irish band, based in Cornwall, have been playing the same slot each year for over 25 years and long may it continue!

What is there to be said about this swinging rocking band apart from that you would be a fool to miss them! Papa Do Swing have given us some of the best summer band nights in history. It is sure to be fuelled with dancing, singing along and a lot of fun.

This newly-formed and much-loved band of highly talented, local musicians finished our summer season off beautifully last year. Their unique sound radiates through the yard leaving you feeling fully satisfied that you have had your musical fill. Speaking from experience, they are also great fun to party with!

The Hoodle

We welcome this local folk band for the first time to the farm. These seasoned musicians will get your feet tappin’ through their kicking country blues music, splashed with swamp boogie magic.

Séamus has an eclectic yet familiar sound with many influences from Irish roots, blues, folk and introducing a few other surprises in the set. Using multiple instruments Seamus creates a world of musicality around him and we need to do is sit there and enjoy.

We will be giving Anna a warm reception for her September gig at Roskilly’s. She writes songs interwoven with stories, taking her audience on a journey. Her style exquisitely encapsulates what feel-good modern folk is meant to sound like.

Lafayette

Lafayette is an energetic and energizing four-piece band bringing you Cajun and Appalachian tunes guaranteed to get you on your feet. The banjo, fiddle, melodeon and guitar will make you stomp the floor boards into the night, and that's even before the sound of the mighty Cajun triangle starts coming out of the bayou.
