Kefir is made from a culture which we ferment on the farm. The result is the natural richness of dairy with a delicious added tang. Generating an ice cream which is probiotic, lower lactose and more protein. Nature designed gooseberries to burst in your mouth with tartness like no other. We have endeavoured to keep that fresh flavour whilst complimenting it with touch of sweetness, mellowed out with creamy kefir.
