Kefir is made from a culture which we ferment on the farm. The result is the natural richness of dairy with a delicious added tang. Generating an ice cream which is probiotic, lower lactose and more protein. In the late summer, Cornish hedgerows are full of shiny black berries which you just can’t resist plucking from nature’s larder and popping into your mouth. The kefir base is the perfect creamy canvas to combine tart blackberries with sweet blueberries; an autumnal treat you can pick any time of the year.
