There was always something, through the summer and autumn, bubbling and boiling on Rachel’s Aga.
The farmhouse would fill with a sweet, humid, fruity, aroma. There is nothing quite like coming in from a wet cold autumn day, to the heady mouthwatering steam of the kitchen after a hard day out on the farm. A fresh bit of jam and clotted cream on one of Rachel’s scones - or even as a real treat - a Cornish Split made with creamy milk.
We’ve taken some of Rachael’s best recipes and put them in jars for you to try. The Three Fruit Marmalade seems to be a favourite here. Made with lemons, grapefruit and oranges, it seems to tickle every bit of your taste buds.

Gooseberries have a very short summer season. Roskilly's have preserved them perfectly for you to enjoy all year round. Add to fools, fruit compotes, crumbles, smoothies or spoon over Roskilly's Ice cream. Can also be used with savoury dishes.
