Blackcurrant Cheesecake Ice Cream

The sourness of blackcurrants contrasts against the sweet creaminess of our ice cream perfectly. This is levelled up with the addition of our skimmed milk soft cheese: quark. We whip the quark into the base mix and ripple the blackcurrant swirl through to land on an ice cream which combines sweet, sour and funky flavours sure to have your tastebuds dancing.
