All the fudge produced at Roskilly’s is made from the delicious organic cream from our Jersey cows on the farm.

Rachel Roskilly made fudge for years on her Aga for the family, but it wasn’t introduced into our range of products until a few years after the ice cream production began. Our fudge has a short, crumbly texture that melts in your mouth creating this decadent confectionary that everyone craves.

All our fudge is Soil Association certified organic and available in six flavours.
