Toby Roskilly (Managing Director)
Toby's original training is as a maker of bespoke fine furniture. Once he returned to Cornwall to start his own furniture business, he found himself increasingly involved in the running of the family farm. He now heads up the Roskilly's business, and leads on all areas from milking of the cows to new product development. In his spare time, Toby loves to spend time with his wife Silke, and two sons Tom and Ben.

Silke Roskilly (Financial Director)
Silke has a background in engineering and worked in Germany until 1993, when she moved to live in Cornwall. Silke married Toby in 1999 and, shortly after, had the first of their two sons. Inevitably Silke became increased involved in the business and ultimately became the Financial Director. Her interests include gardening and cooking,

Andy Phillips (Commercial Manager)
Andy has a Degree and Postgraduate Diploma with the Chartered Institute of Marketing, along with a number of years experience as a business and marketing manager. In his spare time Andy enjoys surfing, travelling and spending time with friends.
Favourite Roskilly's Ice Cream: Chocolate.
Sharon (Mo) Williams (Operations Manager)
Sharon has a technical and QA background in Dairy, Brewing and Baking and has had operations management experience in computer repair and [medical] hosiery. She lives with Spud, her black and white Staffie dog, and her son (Steven) is a policeman with the Thames Valley.

Marco Spiezia (Sales Representative)
Marco achieved a 2:1 in Management and Spanish at the University of Wales and returned to Cornwall to join the Unlocking Cornish Potential scheme and begin work at Roskilly's. Marco has two roles in the company: as a sales representative and also helping with the development and launch of the new range of Roskilly's yoghurts. Marco is fluent in Spanish, Italian and French and in his spare time plays guitar and sings in a professional band.
Favourite ice cream: Chocolate Chilli Ice Cream.
Jan Green (Customer Services)
Jan has worked and travelled all over the world, spending time in the USA and Asia. She moved from Chester to Cornwall to be closer to family and the sea. Jan has worked for several global food companies and now fulfils the role of Customer Services Manager at Roskilly's. Jan loves; dogs (Ralph), nice cars and expensive holidays!
Favourite Roskilly's Ice Cream: White Chocolate Raspberry Ripple.
PJ (Accounts Manager)
After spending 20 years in the health service in various locations, PJ returned to his home village of St Keverne and subsequently became the sub-postmaster at St Keverne post office. After selling the business PJ joined Roskilly's as the accounts manager. Interests include singing, music and walking the Cornish coastal path.
Favourite Roskilly's Ice Cream: Vanilla.
Steve Spooner (Delivery Driver)
Steve worked in Birmingham in warehousing and logistics for ten years before relocating to Cornwall in 1989. Steve loves music, especially the saxophone, which he played in the group Dexy's Midnight Runners (whose 'Geno' was reached number 1 on the day of his 21st birthday!) Steve's now settled on the Lizard with his partner Mae, and thoroughly enjoys his work with Roskilly's.
Favourite Ice Cream: Gooseberry Yoghurt.
Steve Argent (Delivery Driver)
After several years in the Army, Steve moved into the private sector and worked for a number of different companies as a warehouse and logistics manager. After a brief spell self-employed, Steve relocated to Cornwall and started work as a delivery driver for Roskilly's. In his spare time Steve enjoys swimming, diving and watching sports.
Favourite Roskilly's Ice Cream: Hokey Pokey.
Will Pollard (Maintenance Manager)
In 1972 Will joined Reliance Tankers Limited (a transport development company) working on the repair and maintenance of the company's fleet of vehicles. In 1989 he joined the truck sales team at ERF where he gained the City of Guild certificate in sales and marketing management. Will moved to Cornwall in 1999 and joined Roskilly's a short while after to take on the role of maintenance manager. Interests include Formula 1, motor bike racing and fishing.
