All our tasty ice creams, fudge and yoghurts are made using rich organic Jersey milk and cream and taste both indulgent and delicious. The milk comes from the 125-strong herd of Jersey cows which graze on pastures that have been farmed in traditional and sustainable ways for generations. Time, knowledge, creativity and hard work are at the heart of what we do. Oh, and did we mention - we're a bit bonkers about ice cream?!
