Roskilly's Organic Fudge

All Roskilly’s Fudge is made only with the milk and cream from our gorgeous Jersey cows.

As Kids, Rachel Roskilly would every so often make fudge with us. She boiled it up on the Aga and then poured it out on the stone of the kitchen table. We all eagerly awaited it to cool so we could slice chunks off. It was some time after we had started making the ice cream, that Jake came up with the idea of making fudge.

Now we refine our own organic milk to make the condensed milk, and boil this with our clotted cream to make fudge which still evokes memories of that kitchen table, a little bit crumbly in texture, but creamy as it melts in your mouth.

All our fudge is Soil Association certified organic and available in six flavours.
