Holiday Cottages

As the farm's grown and developed we've renovated many of its buildings; two of them are now comfortable and attractively-furnished self-catering holiday cottages.

Each of them started life serving very different purposes, so they're each unique and individual. (And they've proved so popular we have families returning so regularly we've seen generations added to the guest list...)

The Wing

2 bedrooms, sleeps up to 6
FRIDAY LETTING
This has been converted from an old building which forms the south facing wing of the farmhouse. It has its own entrance and small lawn outside. Downstairs is one large room. The sun streams into the comfortable window seat in the sittingroom end beside a cosy open fire, divided from the kitchen end by a heavy curtain. The bedrooms, bathroom and loo are upstairs.

BEDROOM 1 - 1 double bed
BEDROOM 2 - 1 double, 2 single, plus cot

The Barn Cottage

2 bedrooms, sleeps 5
FRIDAY LETTING
This is the upper half of an old farm barn which forms one side of the Croust house yard, and is over the Bull Pen Gallery. It used to be the corn loft. Then, corn was fed down to the mill underneath, with the bull pen and calves houses either side. One end of the flat forms a spacious kitchen - dining - sitting room with a large southern-facing window and window seat. There is a good, clear-fronted wood-burning stove. Two steps lead up to the two bedrooms, bathroom and W.C.
BEDROOM 1 - 1 double bed
BEDROOM 2 - 1 double, 1 single bed, plus cot

Sunnyside Coverack

2 bedrooms, sleeps 4
WEDNESDAY LETTING
BEDROOM 1 - 1 double bed
BEDROOM 2 - 2 single beds

We think Sunnyside is heaven! It's an adorable little cottage in Coverack, set below the rest of the village. It faces south, has its own garden, a gorgeous view of the sea and you're completely unaware of the village above you.

It's approached by a little path that goes down between the village hall and the road. There is an adjoining cottage with its own garden, and we do ask visitors to respect the peace and privacy of the neighbour who shares the path to the road.

BUT!

Anyone over 5'8" staying in it needs to wear a hard hat downstairs ... The ceilings are LOW!

Parking is a bit pot-luck, 50 yards from the cottage, but there is always parking available at Dolor Point. The beds have duvets and blankets, please bring duvet-covers as well as the other things listed below.
